Support Long Branch Environmental Education Center in Hurricane Helene recovery by dressing up in flannel and your good boots - it’s a lumberjack wood chopping competition! Help Long Branch split wood from fallen trees during the hurricane. By doing so, you’ll also help residents and elders stock up on fire wood for the coming winter.
After wood chopping, bring your family’s secret chili recipe for the chili cook-off. We’ll all enjoy the meal together fireside.
Donations are sliding scale $12+. 100% of the proceeds go towards funding repairing our Community Center structure so that we can host educational courses in spring of 2025.
